Privacy

This is a draft, not a reviewed or legally finalised privacy policy. MapleStayz should have it reviewed before relying on it.

What we collect. If you book a stay, request a booking, buy a course or send a partner form, we store the details you type (name, email, phone, dates, messages, and for partner forms the property details and photos you upload) so the host can respond and fulfil your order.

Payments. Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details; we keep the payment reference Razorpay gives us. Razorpay's own privacy policy applies to the payment.

Where it's stored. Records and uploaded photos are stored with our hosting provider and are visible only to the host through the private dashboard.

Course videos. Paid lessons are streamed from Bunny Stream; free previews may play from YouTube, which has its own privacy policy.

Cookies. We use only the cookies needed to keep a course student signed in. There are no advertising cookies. To count visits we keep a random anonymous ID on your device (no name, email or IP address) so we can see how many people visit and where bookings are abandoned; it is skipped if your browser sends Do Not Track.
