Terms

This is a draft, not a reviewed or legally finalised terms of use. MapleStayz should have it reviewed before relying on it.

MapleStayz showcases stays hosted by Ayush. Where a stay shows a nightly price you can book it on this site; otherwise availability, price and payment are on the stay's public Airbnb listing or agreed with the host directly.

Property details (capacity, amenities, rules) are set by the host and can change. Where something isn't confirmed, the site says so. Please confirm details before you book.

Bookings made here are confirmed when payment succeeds (or, for request bookings, when the host approves and you pay). Cancellation and refund terms are on the refunds page.

Courses are digital content for your personal use. Please don't share your access or the videos.

Content on this site, including photography, is used with the host's permission and shouldn't be reused elsewhere without asking Ayush.
